IDEAS:
01. Retaining employees is a nightmare for the ITeS industry.
With average attrition exceeding 50% it is a
problem that is at the top of agenda for all CEOs in the industry. I'm presently
working on innovative
ways to look at this problem.
02. ITeS, an infant industry, is still in flux, inheriting business
models from the CEOs who come in
from various industries. Will this industry not work its own out? It has to.
What will it be and what will
be the guiding factors that will determine what gets picked and what gets
dropped.
